I built Chemeroid because I kept running into the same problem: I needed to know when something changed on a web page, but existing tools either required writing custom scripts, cost far more than the task was worth, or only supported simple text-match alerts with no context about why the condition was true.

The idea was straightforward — let users describe what to watch in plain language, the same way they would explain it to a colleague. Chemeroid evaluates the page against that description on a schedule and sends an alert that includes an AI-generated explanation and a screenshot, so you know immediately what changed and whether it matters.

I am a software developer with a background in backend systems and cloud infrastructure. I built and operate Chemeroid as a solo product, which means every feature, bug fix, and support reply comes directly from me. Chemeroid is bootstrapped and independent. There are no investors setting the roadmap — only users. If a feature is on the pricing page, it works. If something is listed as coming soon, it is because real users asked for it.
